Each cartridge is carefully inspected and wrapped in foam, and we guarantee it to arrive intact. Filter cartridges can be fragile and can easily break in shipping if not carefully packaged. Often these fractures and breaks go unnoticed as they can be inside the cartridge. A fractured or cracked cartridge can let through contaminants and chemicals without your knowledge.

So unlike most companies, we are aware of this and take extra care in protecting your cartridges from damage in transport.

Our packers are told that if they can’t feel confident to drop the box from shoulder height, it’s not packed well enough.
